New Party Policy:

Due to the pandemic, only small gatherings are allowed at this time. Our limit on the number of children attending is 20 (max) .  We are doing this for the safety of your family, guests, and our staff. 

MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED! Guests under the age of 2 are not required to wear a mask.

Party Host:  All parties will be After-hour parties and there will only be one party held per time slot.  The party will be held after the store closes for the day. Parties include 2 hours of FUN in our PlayZone and private party room. We provide the FUN – you provide the food, cupcakes, non-alcoholic beverages, candles, utensils, paper products etc. Your decorations are limited to balloons & table toppers only – sorry no wall hangings and piñata's.  (It is advised to consider cupcakes instead of cake, individual juice boxes instead of 2 liters of soda, and individually packed snack bags instead of putting out chips or snacks.) We will need to know your final head count 1-2 days before the party for party room set-up.  

There is a flat rate of $299 to book the party.  A $50 deposit is required to secure a date.  Party Host can arrive no more the 15 minutes ahead of time to set up. Every child attending needs a signed WAIVER by a parent or legal guardian.   We ask that you bring your signed waiver with you to limit congestion at the front counter when entering.  

 **Socks are required!  No bare feet, please bring socks!

The store will close Monday - Friday at 5:00 p.m.  On these days, Party Host may arrive at 4:45 p.m. and party will start at 5:00 p.m. 

Saturday and Sunday we will close the store at 4:00 p.m. On these days, Party Host may arrive at 3:45 p.m. and party will start at 4:00 p.m.

Times & Pricing are subject to change without notice. If you need to cancel, your purchase is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to your scheduled party. If cancelled within 14 days of scheduled party, Playground World of Pittsburgh/Wexford will retain a $50.00 deposit/cancellation fee.
