At Playground World in Wexford, we offer a safe, clean, climate-controlled indoor party area for all ages, filled with playsets, trampolines, basketball hoops with courts, games and so much more. We specialize in kids' birthday parties for families across Wexford, the North Hills and the Pittsburgh area, so schedule yours today!
Party Information
- All parties include up to 16 children.
- $10 per additional child over 16 headcount.
- Maximum headcount: 20 children. If you exceed this, a $15 per child fee applies.
- Safety first! Please have at least 1 adult per 4 children.
- Final headcount required 1–2 days before the party.
- Cancellations are non-refundable, but you can reschedule at no extra charge.
What's Included
Parties include 2 hours of fun in our PlayZone and Private Party Room!
You bring the food, cupcakes, non-alcoholic drinks, candles, utensils and paper products.
Party Room Setup
- (6) 4' kids tables
- (20) kids chairs
- (1) 8' adult picnic table
- (1) 6' table for food, cake or presents
- Full-size refrigerator and freezer
Decorations Policy
- Balloons and table toppers only!
- No piñatas or wall decorations permitted.
- $50 fee may apply for excessive cleanup or damages.
Please do not hang decorations, tape, nails or adhesives on the walls. Any damage to walls or surfaces will be the responsibility of the customer to repair.
Party Requirements
- âś… Party host may arrive no more than 15 minutes early for setup.
- âś… Every child must have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian. Please bring waivers with you to speed up check-in.
- âś… Socks are required! No bare feet, so please bring socks!
Party Food Option
Monte Cello's Wexford offers a 20% discount for those who have a party with Playground World – Wexford. Just call (724) 935-4151 the morning of your party, mention you are having a party at Playground World, and ask to have the food delivered to the store. They will work out all the details with you when you call.
Please remember we are a retail recreation store. If your party or small group play is scheduled during store hours, customers may come into the showroom during business hours to shop.

Before/After Store Hours

Monday–Friday the store closes at 5 pm: party hosts may arrive at 4:45 for a 5 pm start.
Saturday the store closes at 4 pm: party hosts may arrive at 3:45 for a 4 pm start.
Saturday 10 am–12 pm (10–11 before hours, 11–12 during hours)
Sunday 3–5 pm (3–4 during hours, 4–5 after hours)
Small Group Private Play
$99 per group – up to 10 kids max (no exceptions)
75-minute play session – No food or drinks permitted, and no access to the party room.
Available Wednesdays at:
- 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM
- 1:00 PM – 2:15 PM
- 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM
No private playtime on holidays or weekends. Playtimes cannot be scheduled if a party is already booked, so please check the party schedule above. Payment is due in full to hold your playtime and there are no refunds if canceled.
